The place was clean and well‑located, but the value for money was disappointing because the room had no window at all, a fact that wasn’t clearly shown in the listing; the photos on the website didn’t match the actual room and set expectations that weren’t met when we arrived.

I liked the location, but the instructions for picking up the key were confusing because the code they sent didn’t work; I didn’t like the room because it turned out to be interior even though it had a small window on the top floor.

The place sits right in the heart of the old town, which is great. When we arrived, the key to our room was jammed in the lock and we couldn’t pull it out. It took almost four hours to get a locksmith and we lost the whole afternoon waiting. That was a shame because we had little time to explore the city. The mattress was smaller than the bed frame.

The location is good, the rooms are very clean and the price is reasonable. We had a spacious room with a mini balcony overlooking the street. There was nothing to complain about.
