The staff (excluding the owner) were genuinely friendly and the location was unbeatable, plus the beds were very comfortable, yet the shower didn't work properly and dealing with the boss was a hassle.

The hotel was well‑situated in town, clean, and the breakfast was good, but the bathroom was tiny and outdated, the toilet bowl was heavily stained, and the walls in the room had large cracks that looked unsightly.
