I was extremely happy with my stay; the location is just perfect and the whole experience was great. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The facilities at the property were just perfect, the grounds and outdoor pool were brilliant as well as the indoor pool. As for the location, it’s a 5‑minute drive into Lazise. We had a car for a week and I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere on Lake Garda without one. Overall a great experience and I would certainly stay here again. P.S. the waiter is now an expert when it comes to iced coffees!

The street right in front of the door is already very noisy and disruptive. If you, like us, booked a room with a lake view – which is beautiful – or a room by the pool, it becomes very uncomfortable.

“Superb stay, very relaxing. Amenities superb. Staff friendly and helpful.”

The location is great for exploring the area by car. Beautiful sunsets, especially from the pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was well equipped and clean, very peaceful to relax. The wine tasting and food were superb. No instructions in the room on how to call reception, change room temperature (which could only be done by calling reception) or how to operate the safe. The safe wasn’t fixed in place.

The facilities are beautiful, the staff friendly, the food amazing. One nit‑pick would be that it’s close to a busy road, so the roads are quite audible if you’re hanging out outside (pool, dining). Quiet in the rooms though.
