It’s a bit far from everything and needs a car; it sits in the middle of roads. Water was dripping from the ceiling at the room entrance—someone had come to empty a tank in the ceiling. There were not many excuses and no complimentary coffee for the inconvenience. The pool is there but not heated, so it’s too cold.

There is a pool and it’s not too far from the historic centre, though you have to walk a street that isn’t really pedestrian-friendly. The room was dirty, with cobwebs beside the bed and bedside table. The bathrooms had hair and brown stains that clearly showed the poor cleaning standards. The worst part was the attitude of the so-called director: when I mentioned the issue at check‑out (we stayed only one night and returned to the hotel late at night), he basically mocked me, saying that because it was a prepaid booking he couldn’t do anything for compensation at that moment but would handle it later via Booking. Unfortunately, the hotel never forwarded my complaint to Booking, which didn’t respond, so we received no compensation for a dirty, old room that cost €150. Apart from the crowded pool—apparently treated like the property’s private pool, with relatives and friends circling around—and the decent breakfast, it’s best to avoid.

The facilities are new, spacious, comfortable, all very good, with parking. It’s a little away from the centre, which is fine if you’re driving.

The location is good. The bathroom is small and lacks insulation, and the kitchen drainage pipe is close to the bedroom, producing constant noise.

Its location lets you walk to the historic centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom feels a bit dated but still fine; a shower would be more practical than a bathtub.
