“booking was confirmed but fully booked upon arrival 🤦🏼”
▫️deluxe family room was spacious for 4 adults(2 pax per room assuming they are a couple). ▫️the whole facilty is wide( needs updating and better maintenance). I booked 3 standard twin rooms, but upon arrival they were fully booked. I'm not sure if its the hotels fault or Booking.coms fault😤 they did manage to get us alternative rooms, but instead of 3 rooms we got 2 rooms only. ▫️the room was spacious but the BED WAS HARD AF! ▫️it was far from the pool and beach area ▫️Mini fridge would be a bonus ▫️breakfast options were given upon check in, then were unavailable in the morning🤦🏼 ▫️no elevators for PWD ▫️staff needs to learn what the industry of hospitality means ▫️pools were full of sand, they brought the beach into the pool ▫️lifeguard was busy minding his phone and playing music with his eardrum bursting speakers ▫️pool was salt water as described, but was an eye killer. as if the pool was the red sea. ▫️▫️they should consider renovating the whole facility coz its a good place, just not maintaines and manned well
The beach offered good privacy. The water in the CR had some sand and sometimes felt weaker.
The place was clean.
“Excellent for a simple holiday, fabulous staff, don’t expect Holiday Inn!”
The staff are very kind and accommodating! We had a large family group and 5 rooms. We were able to check in really early to four of the rooms which really helped so everyone could start enjoying the beach and pools!. Restaurant!!! I got food poisoning the first day and one of the others did as well! Kitchen is very slow and disorganized! You need to insure to place your breakfast order the day before and that doesn’t guarantee that things will be accurate. They tried giving me two breakfast because the staff couldn’t communicate accurately!
