Getting to the city centre was quick, surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, and the people were courteous! The light under the entrance doors was annoying, there was no card to avoid disturbances, no bed skirt, the shower curtain was too short and came off because the pole was positioned a bit too far outside the tub!

The location, the pool and the on‑site restaurant were good, and the place was clean and quiet. The bathroom sink leaked, the office drawers didn’t close properly (misaligned), the air‑conditioning was very loud, there were no paper menus for the restaurant, and we lacked information such as opening and closing times for the pool.

The indoor pool was nice and especially heated. The room was good, and the restaurant was also fine. The tartars were excellent. The check‑in was a bit chaotic because of organized tours; those people were always dissatisfied and disrupted the process for other guests, maybe just an anecdote? The shower head stayed in our hands – it was probably broken during cleaning but left aside. Luckily they fixed it quickly while we were at the restaurant. Thanks.

The room and suite were very nice and I liked how comfortable they were. The TV worked well and I loved the amazing view of Quebec City highways. It was a fantastic stay at the hotel. It could have been better if they had booked a room closer to us so we wouldn’t have to carry so much luggage to the rooms they sent us, and it was tricky to…
