The in‑house restaurant was excellent and the room was very nice and well set up, but our room was next to a family that was really loud, which took away from the experience.

Food was amazing, housekeeping was great, and everyone was so friendly. I couldn't rate the pool or hot tub because I was too busy to use them. The air was dry and I was stuffy the whole time in my room. I struggled with the lack of a ramp for people who can't carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, which was tough with my shoulder injury.

I liked the pool, jacuzzi, and the compact workout room, but they charged $25 a day for parking. The Starbucks inside isn’t a real Starbucks and the staff rarely stayed at the counter during our visit. The USB ports on my side of the bed were dead, the décor feels a bit dated, the TV is locked so you can’t plug in a streaming stick, and the supposedly “free” Wi‑Fi is sluggish and unreliable.

Everything was very clean and roomy, but there were no signs indicating where things were located, and the pool closed too early.
