“The cleanliness needs more attention.”

The location is very good, right on the first line. The cleanliness is really not good. For an expensive hotel, cleanliness should be the top priority, but unfortunately, the room is in poor condition and not cleaned properly

“10/10 amazing hotel”

Everything was great: check‑in was super smooth, the receptionist was very polite and accommodating, the food was amazing—one of the best lunch buffets I’ve had, the room was super spacious with an amazing sea view, and all facilities were in great condition. “Great resort, lovely staff and delicious food!”

We loved the room; we stayed in the beach‑access family room and could walk straight out to a quiet beach with clear water and hardly anyone else around. The staff were great from start to finish, clearly proud of the resort and ensured we had a great stay. As it’s all‑inclusive, we expected a basic level of food and beverage, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Whether at the buffet (Turquoise) or the steak restaurant (Torre Loco), the food seemed fresh and very good quality. The kids loved the hotel as much as we did, and we’ll be back again soon!
