“Große Enttäuschung”
The facilities and breakfast were good, and we were recommended by other guests who were satisfied. However, the owner was not lenient even when I wanted to leave early, offered no concession for a full week’s booking, was not friendly, the hotel was noisy because of a nearby power plant, he illegally charged the tourist tax, and he lied about room availability.
The hotel is simply wonderful, especially for its price. Very stylish and cozy. The staff does everything for your comfort, and even if something is missing they never say “no,” instead they solve it quickly. It’s convenient to order food right in the hotel, they cook it fast, tasty, and inexpensive. Plus they have beautiful beach towels. The tours from the hotel are quite pricey, two to three times more expensive than elsewhere, so we all went to another island for excursions.
