The beach was nice and clean, and restaurants were within walking distance. Reception staff were friendly. The accommodation feels a bit dated, and the bungalows are very basic. Restaurant staff were not unfriendly but lacked motivation.

We were extremely pleased with the entire property, exceeding our expectations. We were lucky to get the third bungalow right by the beach—absolutely stunning, with views of the garden, beach, and sea. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at reception. The restaurant food was outstanding, the bar served excellent drinks (though they’re strong!), and the little café offered coffee like in Italy—delicious. We ate and drank there almost every day because it was so tasty and beautiful to sit on the beach, even at sunset. If we ever return to Koh Lanta, we’ll definitely come back. It was perfect for us, especially considering the great value. We’ve traveled a lot, both over 40, and have certain standards, so it’s not just a casual compliment. The only drawback was the limited number of shaded loungers, but overall it worked out wonderfully.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety. However, the curtains didn’t fully block the windows, so morning light seeped through and it was impossible to make the room completely dark. Nighttime light from the walkway outside also shone into the room. The bathroom lacked a bar soap holder for the sink; only bar soap was supplied, with no liquid hand soap.
