The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location, right next to Lanciano, is quiet and peaceful, with a nice clean hillside air to breathe. Getting onto the main roads is easy and instant.

The room was spotless, well‑sized, with a spacious bathroom and attractive furnishings. Breakfast was a classic mix of sweet and savory. The gorgeous pool across the street was staffed by friendly people. Most of all, the owners were warm and helpful; when we needed to delay checkout a bit, they accommodated us graciously. Leaving was almost a sorrow because we had enjoyed it so much—truly exceptional service. The only downside, if you can call it that, was the distance to the coast—about ten minutes away—but given the relaxed vibe, the pool, and the proximity to the main shops, it was a negligible issue that we actually preferred.

The room was clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant was very convenient.

Very close to Lanciano. The breakfast tables were dirty and the tablecloths weren’t changed. On the last day, the waitress even removed everything from the buffet table half an hour before breakfast closed, which we found inappropriate. The pool service lists items on the menu, but when you try to book them they say they’re unavailable (maybe because it’s late August?) during the week.
