I liked it, but it was not clean at all—sheets had no fresh scent, the sofa and curtains were filthy, though overall I still enjoyed it.

The space was nice.

The location was excellent, just 500 meters from Av. Paulista, and the building was cool; the apartment felt cozy. However, the cleanliness was lacking: I found hair in the bed that wasn’t mine, and the sofa had suspicious stains. Even though there was a kitchen sink and microwave, there were no plates or cups.

Well situated, spacious, and the front desk was super efficient with parking included. The shower made a deafening noise, there was dirty toilet paper in the trash, and the sink was covered in grime.
