The property is beautiful and well maintained, with updated and clean rooms and exceptional restaurants. The pool and lazy river are always the best! The location is great, just a short walk to shops and dining.

The Scotch Bar was closed for remodeling, so its scotches couldn’t be ordered anywhere else. The only restaurant open for lunch on Wednesday was at the golf course.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. It's a shame they didn't have any downsides to mention.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of shopping and dining options. However, our stay was marred by the fact that the adult pool was closed for renovations and we weren't informed beforehand. The remaining pool area was also a bit of a mess, with bird droppings all over the chairs and no effort made to clean them up.

We were really impressed with the lobby and lounge areas of this hotel, which were beautifully designed and inviting. The outside bar was also a great spot to unwind in the evenings, with comfortable seating and firepits to keep us cozy. However, for a hotel that's on the pricier side, we were surprised to find that parking cost $30 per day and Wi-Fi wasn't included - it felt a bit nickel and dimey.
