The location was very good, about 500 m from the U‑bahn/Bahnstation Termini. The room size was fine, but I booked a Superior, whereas the standard double room I saw was quite small. The breakfast offered very little for vegans; I tried it once and paid 20 € for low‑quality items, only one type of fruit—perhaps an apple—muesli full of sugar, Nutella, and jam. The bathroom drummed from the drain, so I covered the opening with bath towels. The price is absolutely too high, roughly 270 € per person per night.

The restaurant’s food was good and the service excellent, but the price was expensive.

The location was great, but we had a nightmare: our room was connected to another by a simple door, and when we asked to change it that very night, the staff said it wasn’t possible; we spent a night hearing our neighbors’ TV and other noises. The next day we got a different room, as shown in the photos, but the air‑conditioning grille was dirty, the tiles under the radiator were stained, and there was light leaking from the neighboring room’s door. For €600 for three nights, the breakfast was basic.
