Outside the usual routes of the Pistoian mountains, it’s perfect for those seeking peace. The terrace offers a spectacular view and a great breakfast with locally made sweets. Owner Letizia is very professional and helpful. The room and the whole property are clean. What makes it even more magical is the animals: the goat Valentina, the capybara Lola who comes from the nearby forest to visit guests, the rabbit, chickens, turtles, cats, and dogs – my 10‑year‑old daughter was enchanted. Great job, Letizia. No negative comments.

The room is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom has everything you need – toothbrush, toothpaste, and nothing else. The breakfast is simply perfect. I didn’t find anything to criticize; it’s simply perfect.

“Soggiorno magico”

The interior of the property was a delightful surprise. It really reminds me of the White Rabbit’s burrow, and the rooms all have Alice in Wonderland‑themed names. The room is beautiful, clean, and fragrant; the private bathroom is spacious and tidy. The breakfast is generous and very good. The only downside is the lack of signage to find the property and the parking.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and flexible to guests’ needs. The triple/quadruple room is spacious, well furnished, with double exposure, and the bathroom is fully equipped. The rooms are spotless. The mountain air is very pleasant. The property also cooks meals, but we couldn’t try them because bookings were already full. The location isn’t the best in the area: it’s not in a town with restaurants and services, nor is it in open countryside. The property sits in a small settlement that makes road access somewhat narrow, and the parking isn’t wide enough for maneuvering. Some people might like the décor style, but I personally don’t appreciate it – every surface is covered with ornaments, embroidered cushions, and various decorations. Still, everything is perfectly clean, as mentioned above.
