The location is great, central, yet the hotel offers public parking for cars. The hosts are very warm! The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, with fresh ingredients lovingly prepared. Rooms are well furnished, mattresses are good, and everything is very clean. Bikes can be stored in the hotel’s bike room upon agreement. We’ll gladly book Hotel Maxi again!

A pleasant hotel in the centre of Uherské Hradiště, check‑in possible even when the reception is closed thanks to entry codes. Rooms were spacious and cosy, the staff very friendly, the owner personally attends to guests’ comfort, and the rest of the team is also very kind. Breakfast was excellent; we were continuously asked if anything was missing. Nothing comes to mind as a drawback; it’s just a shame it was only for one night, we could see ourselves staying longer. We arrived Saturday evening, parking spots on the square were heavily occupied due to the “nightlife in town”, so we had to search for a bit (parking is on a public site).

The Italian owner is genuinely helpful and welcoming, even buying a parking ticket and placing it on our car while we ate breakfast so we didn’t have to interrupt our meal. He runs a nice Italian restaurant, and the breakfast buffet is very well stocked, but note that, as in many towns in the area, the restaurant closes by 8 pm or earlier. The rooms are clean and have character, though some may find the furnishings slightly dated.
