The staff were outstanding, the location was perfect and the room was wonderful; I especially want to stress how well the employees spoke English—a rarity in Vietnam—and how they assisted us with everything from city transfers to finding ATMs, and we liked the place so much we chose to stay there again after spending five nights elsewhere in northern Vietnam.
The room was spacious, clean, and had a good bed. Breakfast was good, with more options than other hotels at this price in Vietnam. A mistake was made with our laundry; it was lost but we eventually found it.
The location, the staff’s friendliness, and the breakfast were excellent, but the first room we received had dead ants in the bed; we reported it and they moved us to another room.

This hotel is wonderful, right in the heart of the city where everything is within easy reach. The room was spacious, air‑conditioned, and had very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, and the area around the hotel is full of great restaurants and cafés. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful; after I left my hoodie behind, they arranged express transport to my next hotel in no time. I’ve never experienced such warm hospitality before. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
