The view from the room and the friendly, smiling staff were positives, yet the pool was off‑site, the breakfast quality was poor, and the room sound system was mediocre.

“Bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé. Belle vue. Hôtel vieillissant”

The location was excellent, the reception was very welcoming, and it was quiet. It’s next to my favorite restaurant in Bénodet, La Croisette, and the breakfasts were good with a solid value for money. The view of the Odet and Sainte Marine was beautiful. The hotel feels old, especially the common areas, and although it’s marketed as a four‑star, it clearly feels like a three‑star today. The room was small and the sound insulation was only average.

“Great location, parts of hotel not looking quite so grand, but a really enjoyable stay”

The courtyard room was perfect for us cyclists because we could drop our bikes in the room at the last minute for safety. The shower area was amazing, the bed and linens were very comfortable, and the location was ideal with a super helpful team. The courtyard door was insecure—only held by a simple hook—so it wasn’t suitable for some travelers. There were no open windows, so ventilation on a hot day was limited to that insecure courtyard door. The carpet was very worn (though still clean).

“We had a nice relaxing stay, very close for a boat trip.”

We liked the riverside location, the breakfast was good, the lift was very handy, and there was a nearby restaurant that was nice to eat at. One morning, however, there was no milk available at breakfast.
