Location, parking, and, if you don’t look too closely, the ambience. The price is rather high for the area, and there was no other alternative available. A musty smell in the entrance area and stairwell.

Everything was flawless! The property boasts a stunning design, with the interior renovated while preserving the old building’s character. The room was spotless and cozy. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. A place with soul – highly recommended!
