The communication from Luca was great—always responsive and helpful. The room’s location right in the middle of the main piazza is outstanding. The rooms were clean and very unique in design. However, we had a Wi‑Fi issue in one room that wasn’t resolved, so we had to rely on cellular and couldn’t watch TV. The downside of the location was the high outside noise on Saturday night.
