The spot is unbeatable, the décor is sleek and contemporary, and the room is spacious. We absolutely enjoyed our time, though the hallway could use a fresh coat of paint.

The room is clean and pleasant, featuring three single beds and one double. Street parking is easy to find, but on Sunday morning I had to move my car to make room for a farmer's market across the street. Overall, this place worked well as a base for exploring the peninsula. The barn‑style door on the bathroom was not my favorite—it felt rickety and offered less than full privacy.

The location, bedding, and bathroom are great. The walls are cardboard and you can hear the neighbors as if they were in the room, including those upstairs; we found that terrible.
