The staff were very kind, the room and bathroom were stunning. Excellent cleanliness, perfect soundproofing.

We were greeted warmly by the reception team right when we arrived, and they stayed friendly all the way through. However, at breakfast some of the staff could have been a bit more proactive about taking orders from the table.
