The only good points were the location and cleanliness; everything else was a major letdown. Soundproofing was non‑existent—every noise passed through the walls, from someone moaning the first night to loud conversations and coughing from 6:00 AM that woke everyone up. The room lacked basic amenities, including a mini‑fridge. The shower was damaged, and we had to wait 2–3 minutes each time for hot water. Check‑in was frustrating: the reception had very limited opening hours, causing queues, and the staff were unwelcoming. On top of that, information about the city tax (24 € for 2 nights) was only sent the day before or on the day of arrival. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by about 1 € during payment. It may seem like pocket change, but doing that to multiple guests feels shady. I would definitely not recommend.

Non ho potuto soggiornare perché ci è stato detto che potevamo entrare con almeno nel palazzo con la carrozzina per disabili, ci hanno lasciato le chiavi e ci hanno detto la via, siamo arrivate e c'erano i gradini. Nessuna premura o aiuto a riguardo, non si sono neanche scusati e non ci hanno dato il rimborso. Il giorno dopo ho dovuto aspettare che aprissero l'ufficio per andare a restituire le chiavi. Pessima esperienza e nessuna umanità nei confronti di chi è disabile. The spot was great and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed that worked fine for two nights. The staff were friendly, but because I checked in at one place and my room was in another building, I would have liked someone to show me around. The room was very basic, lacking a wardrobe and a blanket when needed.

“Pessima esperienza, non contatterò mai più quella struttura”

I couldn't have breakfast because my booking was cancelled after I paid. The manager refused to let me in after 20:00 even though I explained I was traveling by train and wouldn't arrive before that time.
