The location was excellent and the room looked nice, but it was noisy when the windows were open. The blinds were badly damaged, so it felt unsafe to open them.

The room was really nice, and the modern bathroom up a few cozy steps was lovely. The location was good and Rossella kindly let us check out a bit later. We really enjoyed our stay! The air‑con made an annoying sound every 30 minutes or so, and the bed squeaked a bit.
Die ideale Unterkunft für einen Urlaubs- und Sightseeing Stop in Pisa. Top Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vor der Türe und alles im Appartement vorhanden was notwendig ist👍
The hotel is close to the tower, but as soon as we entered the room we found two mosquitoes and had no way to keep them out. Parking costs €14 after 8 pm for five hours. At night the street noise was overwhelming, with people shouting. I do not recommend it.

I loved the room, the building, the area, everything! It’s within walking distance of all attractions, and self‑check‑in was easy. The taxi from the airport was a short ride.
