Unfortunately, the toilet in my room was in a pretty sorry state. It was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. I'm not sure if it's just a one-off issue or a regular problem, but I wouldn't want to stay here again until I know it's been sorted out.

Staying here was a real treat - the hotel's location is perfect, and the view from my room was simply stunning. I felt like I was on top of the world, with the beautiful scenery stretching out as far as the eye could see. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

On the plus side, the hotel's location and view are top-notch. The location is central and easy to get around from, and the view from my room was breathtaking. However, there was a major issue with the electricity - it kept cutting out at night, and the staff didn't seem to do much to fix it. We had to wait for hours for the power to come back on, which was really frustrating.

We were left high and dry when they cancelled our reservation without telling us until we arrived. The communication from the hotel was pretty poor, to say the least.

I was really impressed with the hotel's view of Lake Kivu - it was simply stunning. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the food was a letdown - it was overpriced and the choices were limited. The breakfast was particularly minimalist, with not much to choose from. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but the view and staff made up for some of the other issues.
