The place was very friendly. During the week it was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean. The breakfast service was generous. The pool was nice. The staff were very pleasant.

The location and sound‑proofing of the rooms were good. Some aspects felt underthought: the beds were firmer, the slats were rigid rather than springy, and the mattress was thin. The blackout curtains were small and far from the windows, letting light creep in from the sides and bottom. The fans in the toilet and bathroom only ran for 40 s before turning off, and the switch was on the outside.
