The only thing we liked was the location right on the beach. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was shocking. There were obvious mold or moisture marks in the sleeping area intended for my children, as well as other spots in the bathroom and on the wall and ceiling. After my complaint, the affected area was merely cleaned. The reception said a room change was not possible. The furniture and bed frames were heavily damaged and the faux leather was peeling over large areas. The sink hardly drained. I was also very disappointed by how our complaint was handled. Even though I was there with two children and reported the issues directly to reception, we were offered only a superficial cleaning and no real solution. When I asked for a different room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I would have expected a hotel of this category to take the situation seriously and actively try to find an appropriate solution for a family with children. Because of the condition, I did not let my children sleep in the designated sleeping area. For a hotel marketed as 5‑star, this experience was absolutely disappointing.

The location. The room had a fairly bad odor, and there was sand everywhere on the hallways. The food was terrible, a famine‑like situation, everyone packed everything into a food bag, a sack, a napkin (local Greek residents); the food was not tasty, rice was hard, meats barely roasted… Parking was not solved. One night was okay but it was very expensive. Not recommended for a weekly vacation.
