The facilities were good, the staff friendly, the rooms nice, and the food excellent. However, the evening bar performance was audible in my room, and there were no quiet spots because of music and the AC.

We spent an amazing week at Grupotel Ibiza Portinatx, a real love‑at‑first‑glance spot! Thanks for the exceptional stay. The hotel is gorgeous, set in a paradisiacal setting with a stunning cove at its base—a true little piece of paradise on Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by an automatic upgrade, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. We stayed in room 155, which was spacious, comfy, and offered a beautiful view of the pool and garden, all in absolute silence. Everything was perfect: superb pools, a pleasant spa, a varied and excellent breakfast, and spotless cleanliness throughout. What truly sets it apart is the staff—discreet, attentive, professional, and always welcoming. The service is elegant without being intrusive, exactly what you expect from a fine establishment. It feels like every detail is designed for guests’ comfort and well‑being. We recommend this hotel without hesitation; it made our week in Ibiza unforgettable.
