The balcony room’s location was superb—short walk to the lake, lovely surroundings, and a good breakfast buffet. The on‑site restaurant was also nice. I did have a booking mix‑up; I had assumed I’d get a balcony room, which was confusing, but I could switch rooms for an extra fee.

Everything around the hotel was good 👍, but there were no German TV channels—only Italian ones.

Everything was plentiful and the staff were very friendly; the location is perfect.

The staff were friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were fresh, the breakfast was good, the Wi‑Fi worked well, parking was free, and I liked the firm bed over a soft one. I received an email saying there was a great pizzeria at the hotel, but it was closed that evening; I’m not sure if that was planned or due to illness. We were hoping for a good pizza, which was disappointing. The hallway lights on our floor flickered the whole time we stayed.
