Great location with secured parking, yet the room lacked a balcony that should have been there, one window had no screen, the air‑conditioner was very noisy, and ventilation was poor.

The hotel sits on a quiet, peaceful street, very close to the center, shopping area, restaurants and cafés. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and come with all bathroom accessories. The staff were very courteous. When we visit Kardzhali again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Everything felt very pleasant, the staff were courteous, parking was included, and everything fit together nicely. Unfortunately, Kardzali isn’t particularly big, but as a stopover it was quite acceptable.

The location was great, the cleanliness and the air‑conditioners were adequate. Even though we booked two rooms—one for two kids and one for a single child—an extra bed for the second child was said to cost extra.
