The staff were responsive, but there were several issues: 1. The shower head didn’t stay on the holder. 2. A twin blanket was the only one on the double bed. 3. The fridge wasn’t working. 4. On Friday the restaurant music was loud until 2:00 am. 5. Wi‑Fi was very slow. 6. The bed was under a slanted roof and hard to reach from one side. 7. Nearby traffic was noisy, so opening the window was impossible. 8. The TV had no sound.
