The location is very convenient for reaching the Mocanita station, a quiet street with parking. The building and rooms are new and very clean. The common kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. The lady at reception is extremely kind and speaks perfect Italian.

The room was roomy, but the stairs to get to it were a bit of a hassle.

Everything matched my expectations: it was quiet and well situated, though there was no air conditioning.
