“We had a lovely experience.”
The hotel greets you with brightness, cleanliness, and a welcoming vibe. Check‑in was swift, and the front desk staff were very amiable. An elevator is conveniently located just off the lobby. Our room was roomy, and the bathroom was huge and handicap‑accessible. The beds were quite comfy. Breakfast is served in a separate area next to the lobby, which feels bright and open; we didn’t need to bring it to our room. The hot dishes included eggs and sausage, and I enjoyed the coffee machine that offered more than just regular coffee; I had a mochaccino. Parking is on site. The parking space is a bit cramped but workable, and it appears that non‑guests pay for it. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel—though I can’t recall its name—that was a major let‑down. When we entered, only one table was occupied. The bartender was chatting with friends at a bar in the back, and he looked at us as if we were bothering him. We could hear people laughing in the kitchen. We were seated, given menus, and told someone would be with us shortly. We watched the bartender act out a Tom Cruise‑style cocktail routine, flipping a shaker and doing tricks. The clinking of glasses was loud and annoying. We sat for over 5 minutes listening to the kitchen party and no one approached our table. Eventually we got up and left.
“Amazing facility. Would choose Best Western Plus again!”
The place was spotless and well maintained, with a large bathroom and shower. The location was superb, and breakfast was excellent. Nothing negative to mention.
“Very nice staff and facilities. Didn’t use the pool or gym. I liked the soaps and the amount of towels. The mattress was”
The room was spacious. The bed was far too soft for my liking. The bathroom air vent was dusty, and temperature control was difficult; suddenly at night, cool air blew out instead of heat.
The staff were friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the breakfast delicious. The room itself was very comfortable.
“Agréable séjour, confortable et accueillant.”
The reception was friendly, the place clean, the shower spacious, and the supplied products—hand soap, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, and conditioner—were of good quality. Breakfast was free, and water bottles were provided upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast hour could be extended to 10–10:30 every day. The omelets and scrambled eggs were too greasy, too salty, and overcooked.
