The room was very small, with no wardrobe for clothes, and the bathroom sink had no hot water.
“Relax a Egirdir”
The breakfast was welcoming. However, the guys didn’t check the reservation and weren’t ready; they moved us to a friend’s hotel. They had to take the porch because the fridge and electric kettle were already being used by two others in the wall and in the bathroom, and payment was only by cash.
“Lohnenswert für Zwischenstopp”
The pension is run by an older couple who are very friendly and incredibly helpful; the Wi‑Fi is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is local with tasty homemade jam – the property sits on a peninsula in a picturesque setting, though you have to walk a few meters to see everything.
We stayed at this small pension in Eğirdir and were pleased. The property lies a bit farther from the town center, which actually makes it quiet and pleasant for a relaxing stay. The owner greeted us with extreme kindness and readiness to meet our needs, making the visit even more enjoyable. We booked a quadruple room that was simple yet very welcoming and, most importantly, clean – something we really appreciated. The breakfast was abundant, genuine, and very good. The homemade jam from the family deserves a special mention – it’s delicious and adds that authentic touch that makes a family‑run pension special. It’s a simple place, well‑maintained, and especially attentive to guests. I recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic stay and to feel warmly welcomed.
