Excellent value for money and a great location, plus the balcony offers a wonderful view—I’d happily return.

“Thank you for making me feel like HOME”

It was the perfect spot to recharge, quiet and away from the city center. When I arrived, my phone was only at 2 %. I stayed for a full month, and doing nothing sometimes is needed. I’m very thankful I met Irina and Giorgi; they’re so kind. They also invited all the guests to a Sunday evening BBQ while we were there, which made me feel at home and helped me regain my energy. The only downside was the internet quality, which could be better.

“It’s normal place to stay, but you should know about disadvantages before taking a decision to stay there”

The owner is a very kind and pleasant lady, and chatting with her was a pleasure. When I got there, the room was spotless. The balcony is the highlight, offering a view of the mountains and surroundings that’s amazing. The room was roomy, so I never felt cramped, and the AC worked well. The price is definitely reasonable. I ran into a few problems: 1. The bathroom had a strong moldy smell, especially at night—hope that gets fixed. 2. I didn’t have a key to the entrance, so every time I arrived I had to call and wait for the owner to open the door. It was inconvenient; if you want to head home after 12 you have to inform her 🥲. 3. The internet speed was very low, between 7 and 30 Mbit, which isn’t enough for work communication. 4. The bed wasn’t great; it had springs and a thin mattress. It’s fine for a short trip, but for a longer stay it was uncomfortable. (I stayed in a room with two beds; I don’t know how it is in the other rooms.)

1ヶ月の滞在でしたが、ホストファミリーがとても親切で、素晴らしいホスピタリティーで、実家のように居心地が良かったです。常にキレイに掃除された家は快適でした。. 中心地からは少し離れているため、多少不便かもしれません。

“Рекомендую для тихого спокойного отдыха.”

The room was spacious with a shower and toilet, and the shared kitchen was available. It’s a ten‑minute walk to the metro and also reachable by minibuses, and the balcony view is stunning. The hostess was very welcoming.
