“Nice enough place , good location just not one of my favorites.”
It’s close to the lake and to good restaurants, and the front desk is nice, but there was a foul smell in the room that I pointed out to housekeeping, who just said it was probably the floor and did nothing to fix it; this was not a language issue and I expected more for the price I paid, which is higher than usual in Vietnam.
The room was small but spotless, and the staff made an effort to help with everything. Its location is great – you can walk to the night market, the market, the lake, the 100‑floor museum‑café and Krezhi House. The only downside is that road work is currently happening near the hotel, so you have to walk about 50 metres on an unpaved stretch.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, letting us check in hours early and even storing our luggage after checkout the next day; they also brought our rented scooters inside at night for safekeeping. The facilities were clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was ideal for seeing Da Lat’s sights and attractions. I’d highly recommend this place!

The staff were extremely attentive and caring, helping us arrange a slip‑bas and transfer and even lending a bike at reception, which left us very satisfied; the rooms were comfortable, clean and everything was up to standard, so we’ll definitely book this hotel again if we return to Dalat. The only downside was that water cost extra – it wasn’t pricey, but including it in the room rate would have made the stay feel much nicer.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, which was a bit inconvenient.
