The location and condition of the room at arrival were good. Parking was not difficult even late at night. Check‑in was easy. The in‑room service was inefficient, both in terms of cleanliness and replenishing supplies (single‑use shower and soaps).

The new rooms are well decorated and nicely maintained; I would just add a mirror in the room. We were two friends getting ready for a night out. The only drawback was a bothersome odor in the living room because some rubbish had not been thrown away.

I stayed in a beautiful, very comfortable building right in the center of Cagliari, close to all services and great parking if you drive. The place looks lovely and welcoming, with a careful renovation and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately we ran into several lapses in cleaning and upkeep. When we arrived we found black, long hair on the bathroom floor, even though both of us are blond. The fabric headboard had several stains and spots, as did the curtains, and a bedside table had a broken leg. Communication with the staff was also not ideal. We were simply handed a stack of keys with no clear instructions on which key opened which door – we had to figure out on our own which key opened the main gate, the elevator, the apartment door, and the room door. Later we discovered that the card in the room, used for electricity, actually opened all the doors. Overall the hotel has great potential, but better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication would make the stay much more enjoyable.
