The pool, the food, and the staff’s service were all excellent and very helpful and friendly, but the location was a problem—nothing interesting nearby, it doesn’t feel like a 5‑star hotel, the bed’s mattress sagged and was uncomfortable, and the building shows wear in places like the terraces.

The Rasa restaurant didn’t offer many vegetarian options, and breakfast was good but also limited in vegetarian choices.

The rooms were large, the pool was clean and spacious with plenty of loungers, breakfasts were tasty and varied, reception handled all issues quickly and efficiently, free transport to the beach and mall was provided, and daily room cleaning was high quality, with no complaints.

The pool was nice, breakfast was great, and the suite was spacious and quiet. The views were lovely and the overall vibe was very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some facilities were not operating, like the Indian restaurant, and there were no evening activities. The exterior is starting to look a bit dated.
