The food, drinks, ice cream, and snacks were excellent all day. At the all‑inclusive gold level, the a‑la‑carte dinners offered a gourmet experience. The poolside loungers were comfortable. Noise on the corridors, very early cleaning, and the need to ask for towels and toilet paper were annoying. Also, the unclear directions to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner dining areas were confusing.

The outdoor facilities were fine, but the food was often repetitive and the room was small for four people considering the price.

The highlight was the outdoor slide area, and the buffet offered tasty food, though I wished it had a bit more variety.

The Wi‑Fi was awful, power and water cut out, and breakfast couldn't be served; the food was terrible and the room was very small.
