The view was great near a charming town with a castle, and the room was spacious. There was no door to the bathroom, and the Alexa‑controlled room didn’t work, so we couldn’t turn on the lights. Many aspects of the room were unfinished, and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room upgrade felt like a fair compensation for the hotel’s condition. The staff were pleasant. However, the place was run down: pool tiles were broken and sharp, there was a dead bird in the pool, wasps everywhere, the room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked, there was no coffee, no fridge in the room, and the restaurant was closed.

Everything was perfect! Upon arrival we received a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a view, an early check‑in and a late check‑out, which saved us since we were traveling on night buses. The room was huge and spotless, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was always abundant and delicious. The staff were extremely kind and we felt very comfortable. The pool was large and cool. I recommend it to anyone! Unfortunately, this wasn’t a hotel issue but a problem we encountered throughout Cappadocia: in August there was a wasp invasion, so I was afraid to eat breakfast on the terrace. There were many wasps even in the pool, trying to drink and getting trapped. Luckily, when the water was refreshed, the wasps were pushed out of the pool, so we could use it safely (personal experience).

The hotel was superb! Even though it was temporarily closed for renovation, the team kept our reservation and provided exceptional service. The setting is simply beautiful, with a spectacular view of the Cappadocian valleys and a gorgeous pool that blends perfectly into the landscape. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Special mention for breakfast, served directly on our terrace overlooking an incredible panorama—a magical moment we’ll never forget. Thanks to the whole team for their kindness and hospitality. We’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel 100 %.
