The location was very nice; we rented bikes and everything was within a maximum of 15 minutes by bike. The landlord was pleasant and communication was good. However, the boat was messy and not very clean, and our neighbors had to pass over our boat to reach theirs, doing so in the middle of the night right over our wooden roof with windows, which caused a huge racket.
