The hotel address was impossible to locate, even Google Maps listed it as virtual; the refund process has stalled. I had booked an air‑conditioned room, but when I arrived I was given a fan room, and upgrading to AC required an extra fee – an unacceptable practice. I’m demanding a refund, and if it isn’t resolved soon I’ll file a complaint and expose this on major Chinese platforms like Baidu, Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, and Video Account.

The bed was good and the AC was manageable, but the staff member “Kadek” blocked me on WhatsApp just because I reported a light that went out during the night, then asked “what do u want me to do?” He should coordinate with his father if he wants to respond however he likes.

If you prefer solitude, you’ll probably be alone in the whole hostel. Water dripped from the ceiling, communication was almost non‑existent, and I had no idea where to get breakfast or whether it was included.
