The facilities, the pool, and the room were all spotless, the parking for guests was great, the breakfast buffet restaurant offered a wide and delicious variety, and the staff’s courtesy and friendliness were outstanding; they also helped with directions or shopping or nearby options whenever I needed it. Thank you so much for your hospitality—you made me feel at home.

The area was great and breakfast was decent, but the egg station needed help, the pan used for eggs was too old, and the staff could use more practice making eggs and omelettes.

This is my top hotel in Amman; the staff were very friendly and I felt completely comfortable, and the price and location were exactly what I wanted. The furniture is getting old, the wooden wardrobe needs repainting inside, the bathroom door shows signs of humidity, but the bed, chairs, and tables look good.
