It’s close to Pavillion and everything around Bukit Bintang. The room is a shoebox – very small, no place to sit or even put your luggage. They don’t allow your own shoes inside the hotel, which is very inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. There’s a smart TV with Netflix. The room has no window. For one or two nights it’s doable. The air‑con hangs above the bed, so you constantly feel the cold air blowing over you. The lowest fan setting is still too high.

The spot is super convenient, but being on the back of a department store on a bustling street means the building isn’t tall, so I could hear the noise all the way until late night and early morning.
