The hotel looked very pretty and seemed new. I wish they offered free breakfast, and the food at the hotel bar/restaurant was not very good.

The hotel feels brand new and spotlessly clean, with staff that are incredibly friendly—especially the front desk team, who were amazing. The location is ideal, just a 3‑minute drive to a variety of restaurants, and it’s close to the airport, shopping, and food. My room was nice, though there were no pictures on the walls, and the handicapped‑accessible room looked more like a hospital room. The lobby’s outdoor patio was peaceful, and overall the whole staff made my stay the most comfortable. I’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was a bit messy for us, and they didn’t give clear instructions about it. One day I went downstairs for breakfast and was told the cook hadn’t come—no apology or explanation. I still don’t understand how they serve packed breakfast even when you’re seated in the restaurant. A little more clarity on the service would help.
