The location was good, but charging per person instead of per room made it very expensive, and at that price you could find better options in La Antigua; additionally, they repeatedly asked me to pay in cash, which I found inappropriate.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and the outlets accommodated my European plugs, but the bathroom had no ventilation, was full of mold, and they tried to mask it with strong scented blocks; the only way to sleep there was to keep the window open and close the bathroom door properly. The breakfast was disappointing—too little, only foul‑smelling coffee from a thermos, and tea required an extra charge. The garden view was also underwhelming; the room was in a corridor, but at the right angle you could see the garden.

It was a good, very pleasant hotel with a beautiful view from the second floor, friendly people, delicious food, clean and spacious rooms, and they even left coffee for guests to take, making it a five‑star experience. Everything was good.

The staff were prompt and the rooms were comfortable, but the water supply was inconsistent; when we asked for the pump to be turned on, they complied. We were on the second floor.
