Yassine greeted us warmly and was very available and responsive; the room was spacious with a patio and a large bathroom. The road is very busy, making it a bit tricky to arrive and leave the hotel from the parking lot.

The staff were super friendly and very welcoming, but everything was fine for me; however, if you want to be in the center of Marrakesh, this place might not be for you.

The room was cancelled just before our arrival, and we were offered an alternative accommodation that was absolutely not up to the same standard.
