They let us check in early, and because it was Sunday we could leave until 3 pm without extra charge. The air conditioner leaked, leaving a huge puddle in the room, and the breakfast was limited to only chilaquiles with cheese and crema; the protein was sold separately at a high price compared to the portion provided.

The staff and the food were good, and the location was convenient, but the room lacked curtains that fit the windows, so you could see in from outside; some rooms had Izzy and ours didn't, and there were no hand towels in the bathroom.

The spa ladies are really good, but they told me there was no extra fee for my pet when I booked, yet they charged 500 pesos for the dog when we arrived.
