The breakfast wasn’t that great; there was variety, but the items weren’t very tasty or fresh. The same thing applied to the variety, but the items weren’t that tasty or fresh.

The location was excellent and the place was beautiful, with a comfortable bed. The service left a lot to be desired. We arrived and spent the whole day without hot water because of a building issue. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers were empty. We thought they would refill them the next day during cleaning, but they stayed empty. The electric kettle was broken, we reported it and no one came to replace it. When they cleaned, they took a towel and didn’t replace it, leaving us with only one instead of two, and so on with countless other details.

I liked the location. There was no hot water service from arrival until after 8 pm, so we couldn’t shower to go out that night. The hotel only offered apologies and a trivial bar consumption service.

The location was good. The bed and linens were fine, and breakfast and the lady in the lounge were very attentive, making sure nothing was missing. The air‑conditioning noise in the room and the outside equipment noise in the inner courtyard where the window faced were annoying, and the view of the inner courtyard was very dull.
