“Soggiorno molto piacevole in posizione strategica a Peschici!”

The size of the property is just right, welcoming and very quiet. All rooms are on the ground floor and each has a fantastic private outdoor space with a table, chairs and a drying rack, perfect for coming back from the sea. The location is truly excellent and strategic for easy travel to Vieste and especially to reach the center of Peschici. The internal parking is convenient and the air conditioning in the room proved very useful. A special note of praise for the owner: a wonderful, kind, and truly very helpful person for any need. The property has great potential, but I’d like to offer some constructive advice to improve the in‑room experience. The mattress unfortunately was not very comfortable and it would be useful to have a few extra pillows available. In the bathroom the shower head and its holder were broken. For waste management it would be handy to add a trash can in the room and one in the outdoor space, as the small one in the bathroom is insufficient. Finally, a small technical suggestion: the condensate drain from the air conditioner falls into the bucket, creating a very strong dripping noise at night; using a canister or extending the pipe would dampen the noise and improve guests’ sleep.

“DA EVITARE”

We paid €85 per night for a service that was literally disappointing. The bed had old mattresses that were uncomfortable and the net was noisy, so it seemed to give way at any moment when we turned, and the noises it made were constant. The biggest issue was the ants! Not only on the table outside that prevented us from eating, but also inside the room on the walls, on the small bed next to us; if there had been a third person with us, they would have had to sleep with the ants! The worst part was the owner’s arrogance: as soon as we reported the problem, even admitting that she came at 1 a.m. to change our sheets because the bed was infested with ants, she didn’t apologize at all but instead blamed us for eating food inside the room (which was false, there was only one closed packet of almonds on the table), and claimed that this would cause the ants that were already there! Besides the fact that at the price paid one wants the freedom to eat in the room. She justified herself by saying “we’re in the countryside” so there are ants. I have stayed in other “countryside” places, this is the first time, and especially that I encounter such an arrogant host without humility! Also in the room there is a sign with a rule that is really absurd about “breaking the water” (go figure) and that is not their fault. Avoid it like the plague and I don’t understand the positive reviews, and how this property can stay on this site. Another thing, she has 2 dogs that can get into the room like that, she only calls them if you tell her… Attached are photos of the ant flow!

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the lady welcomed us with kindness. The property is quiet, 8 minutes from the center of Peschici.

The owner was super kind and helpful. Her little dogs were wonderful. The location is quiet and only a few minutes by car from Peschici.
